Terms of service
In the season the arrival and leaving day are Saturday or Sunday. In the low season arrival and leaving day is not strictly determined.
Check in is after 02.00 PM.
To ensure that we can welcome you at your accommodation at the right time, please let us know by sending us an SMS as soon as you are on the ferry.
Check out is until 10.00 AM.
In order to guarantee a smooth cleaning process and welcome for the guests, the accommodation must be handed over to us at 10:00 at the latest.
Pets are not allowed.
In the event of the damage to the equipment of the apartment, due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to notify the host and compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
For the reservation, please use our booking request or send us an e-mail and we will contact You as soon as possible.
The booking will be confirmed upon the payment of a 30% deposit.
The remaining amount You may pay before or when You come to Zavala in cash or by Internet banking. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will refund you the advance payment for the reservation in full, regardless of the time of your cancellation.
In case of late arrival and early departure, the booked days will be charged at normal price.
If the reservation is cancelled 30 days before the arrival, the advance payment will be refunded.
In case of a late cancellation or no show, the advance payment is retained.
We generally recommend our guests to purchase a travel insurance.
